Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: 13 November 2025

We want our site to be usable by everyone. We design with accessibility in mind and strive to make content, products, purchases, donations, and subscription processes accessible and usable for people with assistive technologies.

Our approach:
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA where practical. We use semantic HTML, headings, alt text for important images, keyboard-navigable menus, and accessible form fields for payments and subscriptions. We also test our site with common browser tools.

Commerce & embeds:
When payments or donation widgets are provided by third parties, those widgets may not always meet our accessibility goals. When an embedded tool isn’t accessible, we will:
-
Offer an alternative way to complete the transaction (email, phone or a direct checkout link), and
-
Prioritize replacing or improving the widget.

Media & captions:
We add captions/transcripts to audio and video where feasible. If a piece lacks captions, we’ll work to provide a text alternative on request.

Known limitations:
Older archived content or some third-party embeds may not fully comply yet. We’re actively working through these items and prioritizing high-traffic pages.

Need help or want an alternate format?
Tell us the page URL, what didn’t work, and how to reach you. We’ll reply within three business days and, where possible, provide an accessible alternative.
